Ovechkin gets 5 and a game, gets injured – Video added

Alexander Ovechkin is at it again, this time he may be facing much worse than anything before.

Tonight, Alexander Ovechkin went knee on knee with Tim Gleason of the Carolina Hurricanes and was given a 5 minute match penalty but was also injured on the play and had to be helped off the ice.

This is Ovechkin’s second match penalty within two weeks and this time around it looks like this will be a suspend able offense.

It can’t get much worse for the Capitals and Ovechkin as he is done for the game, most likely will be suspended and looks to be seriously injured.
