Leafs making a pitch for outdoor game in Toronto

Brian Burke was pushing for an outdoor game in Toronto at BMO field earlier today to NHL commissioner Gary Bettman. The Maple Leafs have yet to be involved in an outdoor game to date.
Toronto Maple Leafs’ president and general manager Brian Burke took NHL Commisioner Gary Bettman on a tour of the team’s new practice facility on Tuesday and took the opportunity to make a pitch for an outdoor game at BMO Field.
Maple Leafs Sports and Entertainment is also interested in hosting an NHL All-Star Game and an Entry Draft at Air Canada Centre in the next few years.

It goes without saying, anything with the Toronto Maple Leaf behind it will be a success for making money. An outdoor game, an All-Star game, the entry draft will be a success in every possible way.
