Bryan McCabe plays 1000th game

Congratulations are in order to Florida Panthers captain and defenseman Bryan McCabe who played in his 1000th career game tonight against the Washington Capitals.

McCabe has played for the New York Islanders, Vancouver Canucks, Chicago Blackhawks, Toronto Maple Leafs and now the Florida Panthers.

In 1000 career games McCabe has 131 goals and 332 assists for 463 points, in addition he also has 1623 penalty minutes.

McCabe has played 51 career playoff games and has 10 goals and 16 assists for 26 points in the playoffs.
