NHL Predictions 11/2

Season Record (Winning Teams): 63-56
Season Record (Full Predictions) : 5-114

Hope everyone had a nice Halloween weekend. I was tied up and couldn’t get to things, however, here we go for tonight:

5:00 PM
Tampa Bay (4-3-4)
Philadelphia (6-4-1)

The world series gives this game an early and odd start time for this part of the season, however, I doubt that will affect the Flyers play and momentum that should carry into this evenings contest against the Tampa Bay Lightning. The Flyers are coming off a 6-1 route of the Carolina Hurricanes and hope to build without starts Simon Gagne and Daniel Briere in the line up.

Final – Flyers 5 Lightning 2

7:00 PM
Edmonton (7-6-1)
NY Islanders (4-4-5)

The New York Islanders are on a hot streak and look to continue that tonight at home when they host the Edmonton Oilers.  The Oilers are having more of a roller coaster ride this season, and are trying to get on the winning track and hope to do that tonight on the road.  Khabibulin vs Roloson between the pipes (subject to change) should make for a dazzling game this evening.

Final – Islanders 3 Oilers 2 F/SO

9:00 PM
Los Angeles (8-4-2)
Phoenix (9-4-0)

The Kings are in the desert to play the Coyotes of Phoenix. Jonathan Quick is going up against Jason Labarbera who had a very solid performance in his last outing.  The Kings will try to match the win total of Phoenix on the road tonight, and get to 20 points in the standings chart.  Justin Williams is also back tonight for the Kings, which should be a huge offensive spark for the team.

Final – Kings 4 Coyotes 2

enjoy the night
