Pavol Demitra undergoes second surgery, gone for year?

On the heels of losing Daniel Sedin and Sami Salo, the Vancouver Canucks can add another player to the long-term injured list.

Winger Pavol Demitra is out indefinitely after suffering a setback in his recuperation from shoulder surgery.

Canucks’ head coach Alain Vigneault said Demitra underwent another surgical procedure on the injured shoulder earlier this week.
