Heatley an Oiler or is he?

Dany Heatley has reportedly agreed to waive his NTC in a deal that sends him to the Edmonton Oilers in return for Dustin Penner, Andrew Cogliano and Ladislav Smid.

H/T to Bob Mckenzie basically calling this on SC earlier today. He is the best in the business for a reason.

UPDATE

Well their seems to be major confusion on this, some members of the media are saying this deal is finalized, while some are saying Heatley did not waive his NTC and the deal is completely dead.
